Critically Needed— Powerful Outpourings on October 22

The 18th annual National Day of Protest to Stop Police Brutality, Repression and the Criminalization of a Generation is less than two weeks away. Look at the horrors being inflicted on people—from police killing people to youth being brutalized because they are Black or Latino, immigrants being hit with raids that tear families apart, repression against those who stand up against injustice, and more. The question is: Are we going to stand up and loudly say NO MORE to these horrors, or will they be allowed to continue?

Two Concentrations of the Fight Over Abortion Rights Loom in November:

Everyone Who Supports Abortion Rights Must Rally in Mississippi and Albuquerque

Right now, there are two key places in the U.S. where the nationwide battle over abortion is most concentrated: November 2-6, the last abortion clinic in the state of Mississippi will be under siege from Operation Save America, an extreme violence-inciting, woman-hating Christian fascist organization; on November 19, a vote will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, that could ban abortions after 20 weeks.
