As we face a new year—a year that could determine the future—we call on you to invite family, friends and loved ones to gather together to watch The Bob Avakian Interviews on The RNL—Revolution, Nothing Less!—Show... and to spread these everywhere. Join with others in a nationwide grassroots movement around these Interviews.
We face a world of needless suffering and destruction... of hunger and bombs and parents crying over dead children... a world of wildfires and droughts and glaciers melting... a world of bitter exploitation and oppressive social relations in which each one is set against the other in a desperate struggle to survive... with more horror after horror. The world cries out for revolution—for a whole new way to live, and a fundamentally different system.
Though it may not look this way on the surface, making this revolution in the U.S. has become more possible—and this time needs to be seized on. Even though there is great danger, this revolutionary potential is coming from the way this whole country is being ripped apart—with things coming to a head potentially by the 2024 elections, if not sooner. The vicious rulers of this country are irreconcilably split between Genocide Joe’s warmongering and Donald Trump’s fascist nightmare, with the society deeply divided and nowhere to turn. These are the kinds of times in which people can break overnight with how they’ve been conditioned to think, if there is a force for revolution out there contending.
There IS Leadership for This Revolution in Bob Avakian
How do we get to that force?
Here’s the most important thing, the biggest positive we have going for us going into this fateful year: we have the leadership for this revolution in Bob Avakian (BA). BA has brought forward the strategy for making revolution in today’s situation and a new framework for human emancipation in the new communism. He has dedicated his whole life—heart and soul—to the struggle to get all the way free. The most powerful, inspiring and welcoming way to get to know this leader is to watch the Interviews that were done with him on The RNL—Revolution, Nothing Less!—Show last year.
The forces for this revolution need to come from you—and from many of those you reach out to and involve, starting now. Thousands representing for this revolution—making clear their determination to fight for a revolution and an emancipating future, now and as things come to a head, with the whole direction of society on the line—will make all the difference in millions recognizing this future is possible. Getting people together to watch these Interviews is one of the most important ways to organize this force.
At the same time, The BA Interviews need to—and can—reach many millions more who have serious questions about where things are headed, but aren't yet sure we need a revolution. Letting them get to know about Bob Avakian could change where they stand as things come to a head.

Gather your friends, family and colleagues. Show this to students in your cafeteria and locker room. Play it loud with your speaker and tablet in your campus quad. Play it as a livestream from your social media, and DM your friends.
People's understanding of what they have in this leadership, their understanding of the need and potential for this revolution, and the basis for real hope in this gets powerfully deepened when you get people together to watch.
You may have to make a real argument. Think about what has moved you in these Interviews—and break this down for people. Some people run bullshit like I don't want to hear an “old white man.” Take this on! You have no idea how lucky you are to have this old white man! And if you want to get up out of this nightmare, if you want humanity to get free, then you need to hear him.
After you watch it, get people's thoughts and comments, write in on the YouTube comments or send video or written replies to therevcoms@gmail.com. If people raise hard questions that you can't answer, go back and listen to the BA Interviews... and write to us with what they were. Send ideas for how these can spread to others!
