Everything will very likely be coming to a head and coming up for grabs this year, 2024, with the presidential election this year a sharp focus of the fight between the dominating ruling class parties—Democrats and Republicans—a fight that is very likely to break all out of the bounds of the 'normal way' they exercise power over the people, and keep their whole murderous system going.

An Experiment to Break Through the Noise and Spread Bob Avakian's Leadership in This Make-It-or-Break-It Moment
Humanity is facing a huge danger with the rise of Trump/MAGA fascism and its accelerating lockdown. Many more people are sounding the alarm in important ways, speaking out and writing on this question. This is important, and there is a lot to learn from the range of voices on this. But nobody is doing what the revolutionary leader Bob Avakian (BA) is doing on this. BA provides a clarity, consistency and sharpness about what this fascism is, what the direction and momentum is, how it rises out of this system of capitalism-imperialism, and he is clear-eyed about what must be done to defeat it—and the positive potential that exists to do this. To draw from his statement on the New Year, he is providing "a profoundly positive way forward in the face of very real horror."
This week's campaign update grapples with how your donations have made a huge difference in acquainting literally millions of people with Bob Avakian through social media over these last months. But ads on social media alone are not enough to break through the many contending voices... We are aiming to change the dynamic where people go from, "oh, wow, that's really interesting” and then getting overwhelmed as they get lost in scrolling from site to site. On hearing BA's 2025 New Year’s message:
Now is the time to act before fascism becomes solidified, before Trump has a chance to create his own laws of fascism. lt's already a dictatorship and it's important to stop it. I never thought of there being two countries within this country. This country started in slavery and genocide. It's obvious if you read the history—but not the bourgeois history.
This talk should be spread to the whole world. I liked it not just because it is for revolution, but because he gave reasons and evidence for why there should be a revolution. From the standpoint of humanity, this system is rotten and illegitimate. And people are the most important thing, that's what it's all about, isn't it? lt's also about the environment. Capitalism is so destructive—don't they realize they're destroying it for future generations? But they don't care as long as it's profitable.
We are some friends from the Iranian Diaspora and others who support Iran’s political prisoners and the 2022-2023 Woman-Life-Freedom uprising. We see the fascist theocracy in Iran, as well as the fascism that is racing into place in the US as existential threats – not only to people who live in these countries, but to all of humanity.
People need scientific leadership with the strategy that will enable them to defeat both of these fascist regimes and emancipate themselves and all humanity.
We think that Bob Avakian is such a leader. We are lucky to have BA's revolutionary leadership at this crucial time.
